| I can't find the next button or submit button when I am creating an advert or searching for a gun. | Old browsers are having a problem with the new technology we are using so, please update your browser to the latest version of Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox and you will have no problems. Please don’t use Google Chrome as that is problematic at the moment as well until they issue a fix on the current version. | How do I use this site to sell my gun | First you need to register by clicking "register" top right. Then click trade or private and fill in all the boxes and press submit. go into your accont and click new advert.... |
| How do I remove a gun from my account that says it is unpaid? | Please email me at help@guntrader.co.uk and I will delete the advert for you. |
| I'm tring to register but when I press continue, the page does not change. | This is because you have either not filled in the required fields or you need to choose a different forum name. |
| How do I remove an advert because the gun has now been sold? | If the gun gets sold before your advert expires, go into your account and click the gun that has been sold. At the bottom of the next page, change the status from "For Sale" to "Sold". |
| How do I upload a photo to accompany my advert and can I do this after I have published my ad? | When you look at your advert it has a button at the bottom to add images and you can do it whenever you want. |
| How do I change the details on one of my adverts? | Log into your account and click view guns, then click the gun that you want to change, click that gun and then change the details you want. |
| What is a forum name? | It is the nick name you make up that appears as the author of any posts you make in the forum. |
| What are the costs of advertising on guntrader.co.uk ? | Please click the link that says "About Us" and the prices are listed there. |
| How do I save a search? | You need to be registered but once you have done a search and are on the results page, at the bottom it says - save search. |
| How do i sell my shotgun or rifle legally | You must either conduct the sale face to face and write the information about the gun onto their licence or send the gun to their local dealer. You MUST inform your local police force you have disposed of the gun. |
